  • 1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
  • 1.2 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and ensuring all provided information is accurate.
  • 1.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
    • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
    • Misuse the Service to distribute spam, viruses, or harmful content.

This information is used exclusively for food delivery and communication purposes. By providing this information, you agree to its use as described.

3. Permissions Used

  • Location Permissions: We request ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, and ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION to provide accurate delivery services and suggest nearby restaurants based on your location.
  • Network Access: We use INTERNET and CALL_PHONE permissions to process orders, communicate with you, and update content dynamically.
  • Storage and Media Access: We request READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, and READ_MEDIA_AUDIO to access media files stored on your device for image and video handling.
  • Camera Permissions: We ask for CAMERA permission for taking pictures or scanning barcodes if needed during the ordering process.
  • Notifications Permissions: We ask for POST_NOTIFICATIONS to send you order updates and promotions.

4. Third-Party Dependencies

  • Firebase (for authentication, database, and notifications)
  • Google Play Services (for maps and location tracking)
  • Image loading libraries like Glide, Picasso, and Coil
  • Glide: We use the Glide image loading library (version 4.11.0) for efficient image loading. MIT License

These dependencies may collect data as outlined in their respective privacy policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Delays caused by external factors, such as traffic or third-party delivery services.
  • Food allergies not disclosed at the time of ordering.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Chandigarh. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Chandigarh.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data. However, no system is entirely secure. Please notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
