Refund Conditions:

Incorrect or Damaged Orders: If your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 10 minutes of receiving your order. We will either refund you in full or offer a replacement.

Food Quality Issues: If the food quality is not up to standard (e.g., undercooked or spoiled), contact us immediately for a refund or replacement.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to process.

Non-refundable Orders:

We cannot offer refunds for orders placed in error or due to a change of mind after the order is prepared or delivered.
